ADC Pro Gains Momentum: Showcased in Florida, Texas, and Indiana
ADC Pro is generating strong excitement after being showcased in Tampa, Florida; Plano, Texas; and Terre Haute, Indiana. Educators, students, and industry partners got a firsthand look at the next evolution of the Aerial Drone Competition, where air and ground operations combine with engineering design and 3D printing.
The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Educators value the clear progression for advanced teams, while students are energized by the increased challenge and opportunities to innovate. This growing interest is already translating into schools and organizations exploring how to bring ADC Pro to their communities.
ADC Pro is more than an extension of competition. It’s a catalyst for deeper learning and real-world skill development.

- We’re noticing a common issue where coaches add event registrations to their cart but don’t complete the checkout process. Please note that your team is not registered until checkout is completed. Be sure to confirm that you have checked out and that your team appears on the team list for the event you plan to attend.
- The deadline on the World Skills Ranking Page is incorrect. The Deadline varies by region and is 4-6 weeks before your Regional Championship. Please reach out to your RSM for the official date.

Signature Event: Open to all!
Be part of history at the first-ever Aerial Drone Competition Signature Event, taking place March 20–21, 2026, in Terre Haute, Indiana. This multi-regional event is open to all teams and will feature top competition, professional production, and an unforgettable experience. Don’t miss this highlight of the season!
Regional Championship Invitations are on the Way!
Check your email! If your team has already qualified, you will be receiving an invitation soon.
You can also check the Awards tab on the event listing. This season, three events require qualification. To be eligible to receive an invitation for the Championship event, a team must both earn a qualifying award and match the required team type for that event:
- HS Regional Championship: High School teams
- MS Regional Championship: Middle School teams
- JROTC All-Service Championship: JROTC teams
Only teams that earn the qualifying award and meet the team grade level and affiliation are sent an invitation to attend these events.
For example, if a Middle School Team wins the Teamwork Champion Award, they would only receive an invitation to the MS Regional Championship event since they do not meet the grade level or affiliation requirements to the HS Regional Championship or JROTC All Service National Drone Competition.
Drone Career Readiness Challenge
Is your team researching drone careers? If so, consider submitting a RECF Online Challenge submission for the chance to earn an invitation to your Regional Championship. This challenge sponsored by the DoD STEM Educational Consortium (DSEC), is open to all teams in the US or US Territories. Entries are due February 12, 2026.
