Finalize Event

Once the event has concluded (after the Awards Ceremony) the Event Partner or Technical Coordinator must finalize the event. When an event is finalized, the following actions occur automatically in RECFevents:

  • The World Skills Ranking scores are uploaded to the World Ranking list.
  • The Award Winners are published on the public event page.
  • Award Winners that have won qualifying awards will automatically receive an invitation to their Championship event.

  1. Select Finalize Event in the Dashboard or in the left-hand menu.

Note: Once an event has been finalized, it can only be unfinalized by an authorized RECF staff member. If there are any issues with finalizing the event, contact your Regional Support Manager immediately.
