The RECF Competition Portal includes the ability to automatically generate event signage that includes specific information about the event. These are to assist the Event Partner to help them with the event preparation process and provide easy-to-use resources. Signs are downloadable PDF documents that can be printed and placed at the event.
Accessing Signs
Available event signs can be found in Signs/Reports/Certificates on the Dashboard or left-hand menu in the Competition Portal. There are also links directly in other menus depending upon the type of sign.
Sign Types
There are three types of signs available to download:
- Team Pit Signs for Event
- Field Signs
- Alliance Selection Signs
Team Pit Signs
Team Pit Signs are signs that are placed on each Team Pit area to help teams know where their assigned Pit area is located. This sign is also used by other teams, Judges, and event staff to help locate teams throughout the event. Event Partners can print out these signs ahead of time during the event setup.
Field Signs
Field Signs include signs for each Teamwork and Skills Field with their assigned names designated during the Event Setup process. These signs are placed by their corresponding fields to help teams and event staff find the fields during the event.
Alliance Selection Signs
Alliance Selection signs are available once the Alliance Selection process has been started. The Alliance selection signs include a sign for each team with their team information and their qualification ranking. These are used to assist with the Alliance selection process and should be printed by the Event Partner after the conclusion of the Qualification matches to get ready for the Alliance Selection process.
