Reports are downloadable PDF documents that include a variety of event-related information. These are documents that may need to be printed and distributed to teams and event volunteers. These are to assist the Event Partner to help them with the running the event and provide easy-to-use resources.

Accessing Reports

Available event reports can be found in Signs/Reports/Certificates on the Dashboard or left-hand menu in the Competition Portal. There are also links directly in other menus depending upon the type of report.

Types of Reports

The Reports are arranged in groups related to the event activity type. Some Reports may be duplicated in multiple areas to assist with finding the desired Report Type.

Inspection Checklist

This report will provide the Inspection Checklist document for the specific competition type. This may be printed and provided to Teams and Inspectors to assist with the inspection process.

Referee Match Anomaly Log

This document is a template used by Head Referees to keep notes about specific matches during the event. This should be printed and provided to the Head Referee.

Team Reports

Team Check-in and Inspection Status

This report includes the teams at the event and their Check-in and Inspection status. This is an optional report to print during the event, and is not as commonly used unless there is a specific need to have this information printed during or after Team Check-in and Inspection.

Registered Team List

The Registered Team List report provides a list of all of the teams at the event, including their team number, team name, organization, location and age group. This is a helpful report to provide to the Judges. If the Check-in Volunteer is unable to use a device to check-in teams, this report can be used to track team Check-in.

Teamwork Match Reports

Practice Match List

The Practice Match List report is available after the Practice Matches have been generated in the Event Setup process. This report provides the list of Practice Matches, including the match number, field names, match times, team numbers, and team colors. The Practice Match List should only be printed after the Check-in process has been completed to ensure the match list includes the correct teams. If there are Practice matches at the event, this report should be printed and distributed to the teams and event volunteers.

Qualification Match List

The Qualification Match List report is available after the Qualification Matches have been generated in the Event Setup process. This report provides the list of Qualification Matches, including the match number, field names, match times, team numbers, and team color. The Qualification Match List should only be printed after the Check-in process has been completed to ensure the match list includes the correct teams. This report should be printed and distributed to the teams and volunteers.

Qualification Match Per Team

The Qualification Match Per Team report is available after the Qualification matches have been generated. This report is similar to the Qualification Match List, except that this report organizes the matches by team rather than by the match number. This is helpful to provide to teams and event staff (especially Judges).

Qualification Rankings

The Qualifications Ranking report shows the current qualification ranking standings. This report is useful to print for Judges since some of the Judged awards consider the Team’s Qualifying match ranking.

Elimination Match List

This report provides a match list that includes the match information for the Elimination matches. This is a helpful report to provide to Queuing volunteers and other event staff that will be assisting teams competing in the Elimination matches.

Skills Match Reports

Skills Challenge Rankings

This report includes the Skills match ranking information. This report can be provided to the Judges to assist with determining certain judged awards.

Skills Challenge Rankings per Age Group

This report is similar to the Skills Challenge Ranking report, except that it will separate the teams by age group for blended events. In larger events when there are separate awards based on grade level, this report is used by judges with determining certain judged awards.

Skills Challenge Team Scores

This is a downloadable PDF document that includes all of the Skills scores and number of attempts for each team throughout the event.
