If a team is not paying through the RECFevents platform, the Event Partner (EP) will need to manually mark the team as paid in the system. This is typically done when:

  • The team has paid the EP directly, or

  • The EP is waiving the event registration fee.

Step 1 - Log into RECFevents.org

  • Go to RECFevents.org and log in with your credentials.

Step 2 - Navigate to Your Event

  • On the left-hand menu, select Events.
  • Click My Events.
  • Choose the event you need to mark teams as paid

Step 3 - Select Registered Teams

  • In the right-hand menu, click Registered Teams.
  • Click Mark as Paid
